FAQ

Questions we hear most.

Do I have to buy everything, or can I start with one service?
No bundle required. Every service stands on its own — many clients start with payroll or a single HR project and add more when it makes sense. If full outsourcing is the goal, the PEO wraps everything into one agreement.
What is a PEO, and how is it different from a payroll company?
A payroll company processes paychecks. A PEO — professional employer organization — goes further: through co-employment we share employer responsibilities like payroll taxes, benefits, workers' comp, and HR compliance, and pool our clients' buying power for better plans. You keep full control of hiring, pay, and day-to-day management.
What size companies do you work with?
Most Denali clients have between 10 and 250 employees — big enough that HR is real work, not big enough to justify a full in-house department. If you're outside that range, call anyway and we'll point you in the right direction.
How long does onboarding take?
A single service like payroll is usually live within one to two pay cycles. A full PEO relationship typically takes a few weeks from signed agreement to first payroll, with a dedicated advisor handling the migration end to end.
